1. It had been so long since I had written one of these that I forgot how to log in to update it (future patrick, if you forget again, its leaflet.pub)

2. I love the olympics. It's tough to be patriotic, but I saw a great quote the other day in reference to winter olympics athletes speaking out about the current state of america:

My country, right or wrong. When right, to be kept right. When wrong, to be set right.

3. I'm re-invigorated by working out lately, and I've pushed through the initial soreness of getting back into the gym. Gainz incoming?
